Returns and Refund policy

• H2OShopOnline does accept returns, we must be notified of a return claim within 15 days from the date the customer receives the order.
• Postage/freight charges for all returns is the responsiblity of the customer.
• A Restocking fee of 20% of the the value of the returned item(s), will be deducted from the total for refund.
• Items will be refunded for their full value if the item doesn't match the description or is found to be defective.

All returns must have a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Number.

Please Note: Items returned with no RMA Number will be rejected.
